Cheryl Buroker

I specialize in supporting adults who struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, trauma, attachment issues, and anxiety. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and validated. Together, we’ll explore various approaches such as brainspotting, mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to support your healing and growth.

I received my education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University. I have additional training in Brainspotting, and Trauma.

In my spare time, I love baking, connecting with family and friends, going camping, riding my bike, and enjoying a good show.
